Now I tried to cancel via text when computer suggested option, and they stated they are having text "technical difficulties! " Due to the Ubiquitous "larger than normal call volume," they said 5-10 min average wait just to talk to agent. The man proceeded to ask multiple questions to validate I'm customer and THEN told me I can't cancel on the weekend. I was on phone 10 min 44 sec before they answered. Still waitingĪfter chronic, dismal, atrocious service(since they bought out my previous company), I today called to cancel. She never called back and was too frustrated to start the conversation over again, I will not use Brinks for security, they may not show up when I need them. While on that particular call we were disconnected by no fault of mine after having me on hold for about 10 mins. Backup? They took the money out out without a backup monthly. ![]() I was recently told by a customer service re there was a backup on refunds. When I tried to get a refund I was told it would take 1 month to process, not sure why, 2 months later after speaking with multiple service reps and a manager, still waiting. In the meantime, they were deducting service from my account which was none existent. Turns out it was the wrong box after waiting months for installation. I purchased the installation box from one of their reps who gave ok service. I decided to go with Brinks after using ADT in the past, big mistake. Poor customer service including management.
